
What to expect from your session with me:
Generally people feel more relaxed and peaceful towards the end of sessions. Sometimes more energized, light, and joyful. It’s recommended to hydrate well and do something relaxing that you enjoy. Allowing yourself space from obligations and simply feeling the healing energy integrate is ideal.
Think of it like getting a massage. Most likely you won’t be inclined to go check things off your to-do list or put yourself back in an environment that feels stressful.
